To ensure your young one will enjoy her spa experience, please read the following etiquette tips.
The time and date you select is especially reserved for ‘her’. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 48 hours notice to avoid being charged the full fee. For party bookings you have up to 4 weeks to cancel without penalty, after that time-frame, there is a $50.00 cancellation and administrative fee. (A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking).
If the client is late for their scheduled appointment, the remaining time of their session will be honored. If the schedule permits then some accommodation may be possible.
Adults Attending Spa Party
Only 2 adults are allowed to stay per party. Our parties are Drop-Off Only, No Exceptions. Please respect the Spa Environment and its policies or your party-goers may be asked to leave the spa premises.
Payment may be made in advance or upon completion of the service provided. Cash and/or credit cards are the only form of payment.
Both, clients and staff, are required to follow proper hygiene etiquette. Due to health and safety regulations, we reserve the right to refuse treatment due to improper hygiene.
The Inner Beauty Kids Spa’s staff provides a safe and entertaining environment. However, Inner Beauty Kids Spa, it’s owners, and employees are not responsible for accidents, allergies to food, clothing, spa product, or property damage.
